Along with a successful membership drive and the establishment of the National Awards Program, the Post Boulé Tour was initiated and plans for the purchase of the Sorority Headquarters were initiated.

Completed the renovation of the Headquarters including a lighted sign and gated fence. Lead the 50 Year Heritage Celebration in Washington, DC and the march to the Capitol with the presentation of a Position Paper written by the Sorors. Established the office of Supreme 3rd Anti-Basileus and the Undergraduate Scholarship.

Developed leadership development training, Team Management Committees, implemented compiled reports and enhanced the National Councils. Lead the participation in the National Make a Difference

Established the Literature Review Committee to review our Constitution and By-laws and update our Handbook. Surveyed inactive members and promoted the establishment of youth groups to those chapters without one.

Mrs. Michelle Obama- Second Sunday in March Increased Awareness with Children's Defense Fund, NAACP, National Council of Negro Women, Inc. relating to specific issues (Women, Girls, Children) Represented Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., board representation NCNW and National Affiliates Assembly


- Revamped both the Living Pearl Pin and Rose Pin

- Established pins for Gamma Gems Members (Life Member with 40 consecutive years of Service)

- Established pins for 50 Plus Year Members

- Expanded the Literature Review Committee to include chairs of the following committees: Recommendations, Standing Rules
and Constitution and By-Laws.

- We took the Lamplighter Publication from annual to biennial (odd year)

- Published first Membership Intake Manual

- Streamlined officers and committees reports to electronic mailing decreasing printing cost

- Formed Website National Development Team

- Converted organization from 501(c)7 to 501(c)3 Nonprofit status

- Encourage MAP teams to participate in regular conference calls to reach more team members and engage in ideas and reporting from multiple locations across all time zones

- Established Leadership Academy Training at NABM and provided tools to all Regions for continuous training

- Expanded with MAP Team the use of MemberClicks for Membership Directory, conference registration, forms and training

- Promote AIDS Awareness, Domestic Violence Awareness and Autism Awareness

- Recommended official attire for board members-pink blazers with shield
